ARTE (A Reason To Explore) is an invitation to discover the magic in the little things.
What started as a blog 👇🏾
If it were any other time by now I would have completed my vision board, a new long list of goals and reorganized my life to hopefully tackle everything by the end of the year.
We can’t control every aspect of our lives, but what is a guarantee is that we can always decide how to interpret what we see.
“It will all be okay in the end.
If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”
Turned into a concept shop where I produce physical manifestations of this …philosophy?🌀
❤️SEE WHAT’S NEW❤️
Plus a couple playlists I curated to accompany my latest drops:
Inspired by So Arte🌹
Dedicated to The Artefacts Journals 📒
Dedicated to Flo 🌊
And most recently, a running digital exhibit called Artefacts - a collage series inspired by the practice of collecting ancient pieces to form assumptions about the past.
It’s like when people say, “Read in between the lines,” taking a closer look tells you what’s beneath the surface. Where you can find answers, warnings or uncover something new.
This time around I was inspired by the four natural elements (air, fire, earth and water) and how small nuances in each one can teach us about our own human nature.
This collection of found poems uses dream-like imagery and phrases that explore how small parts can form whole understanding.
I hope you enjoy.
